Warm-Up I imagine I'm not alone when I say I've been reading T-Nation for almost fifteen or twenty years, so it should go without saying that I'm no stranger to Coach Christian Thibaudeau's work . His use of olympic lifting and performance training-based approach to adding mass and strength resonated with me immediately and continues to, even as I shift focus away from traditional barbell/dumbbell training and towards the "unconventional toolset."
